There are countless flower baskets in Denver. Here, Steve has undergone hair replacement therepy! Lookin' good!
Golden, CO
After getting spanked by the mountains with our friends (in "Big Blue" in photo) we stopped for a bite and some pursuing in Golden. Very similar to Jamestown and Sutter Creek, Golden offers "old west" trinkets and many sculptures depicting the west. A classic town.

Steve was given a nice camera for Christmas. He's playing around, figuring it out how to use the different functions. I have a feeling we'll be seeing some amazing pics from him in the near future! For now, he's practicing while I'm unware.

Alpine Tundra In Rocky Mtn. Nat'l Park
This photo is taken from just above 12,000 ft. This area is being preserved because it is an alpine tundra. On the farthest range on the horizon line is the beginning of the "Never Summer Mountain Range". I thought the snowboard company Never Summer was simply clever! Low and behold- they named their company after a really awesome mountain range!
Aviano Cafe
After church we headed to Aviano Cafe. Our friends Brian and Nelisha sent us a link of local coffee shops. Starting with the letter 'A' we'll see if we ever make it to the end of this fantastic (Matt, the "best ever") list of cozy and chic cafes. Seriously, this was all it was cracked up to be!
Life Aquatic
Steve likes this shot in particular because it reminds him of “Life Aquatic” when they show people moving around on the different decks of the ship. Okay Mr. Zissou, this shot gives an idea of the relationship of the loft to the living space. Buddy won’t come up these stairs- yet.
A bit of home
Not to much to show with our 1028 sq/ft, but this shows the living area/kitchen. The left, the diagonal coming down is the staircase going to the loft. Yes, the wall below it is mirrored- very fun and 80's. To the right is a breakfast nook and immediately across the coffee table is the front door. Behind is a wood fireplace, built-in bookcase and windows. To the right of the garbage bag is the hallway to the living quarters/back door entrance.

Last week we went to the DMV and walked out with our plates IN HAND! We're official! (Isn't the sky awesome here!)
Our First Day Mountain Biking
Tough Terrain! If you think your "extreme" in CA, this will be a huge piece of humble pie! Our egos got trashed! :) But the views were brilliant! Fun to know we have lots of terrain to practice and play on to improve and have fun.

Endless Trails & Beauty
This is a small outlet of Cherry Creek Reservoir. The sky here is amazing- always changing. There are so many beautiful sights it's hard to concentrate on boosting performance while riding. Our elevation is fluctuating allowing many different vantage points- often sureal.

At first the space seemed unlimited, but sure enough, it was filled to the near brim before being shiped off to Colorado.
